ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY

 

 

1- Credit card payments are collected by TrekkSoft AG as the authorized representative of Marsa Alam Tours. TrekkSoft AG will then appear on your credit card statement as TREKKSOFT * TOUR BOOKING. The domain in which you enter and process your payment belongs to and is operated by TrekkSoft AG.

2- All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received, or the payment method is declined or reversed, the buyer will lose ownership of the items purchased. If there is no payment or if the buyer makes a chargeback after the tour date, our third party TrekkSoft has the right to dispute it

DEPOSIT
Some tours required a deposit of the outstanding amount that you will pay during the tour or through our travel agent collection

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Day trips - day trips or overnight stays by car

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity

Transfers:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity

Air travel:

the cancellation fees for all domestic flights in case you book a tour and wish to cancel it at any time before the start of your tour. The cancellation fees for domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy, which changes from case to case. The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting flight ticket cancellation fees.

Nile cruise:

Free cancellation up to 8 days before the start of the activity Between 7 and 4 days before your arrival date, 75% of the total tour price will be deducted.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will usually be made to the same card account and in the same way as the original payment.

No refunds are available for no-shows

TIPPING KITTY:
Tips: Is a common setting used to express satisfaction with good service provided by staff on duty. We recommend if you are ready to offer it this would be great - if not, you are under no obligation.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint while in Egypt. Please notify the company (Excursies Egypte) immediately as most problems can be resolved on site. If you think your problem is still not resolved, please give the company's chairman a call. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT:
The contract, which comes about through the acceptance of the customer's booking by the company in accordance with these booking conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the company. Payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card means that the tour participant has read have and have accepted all terms and conditions and agreed to abide by them.

OPTIONAL TOURS
Optional tours such as the mummy room in the Egyptian Museum, entry to one of the pyramids or the Tutankhamun tomb are not included. Unless otherwise stated and added during the booking process, and if the customer has opted for one of these optional visits, the required tickets are required and paid for by the customer.

2 - 5 25% of the total tour costs
6 - 11.99 50% of the total tour cost
+12 are considered adults
If your tour package includes flights, an additional surcharge may apply for your child.

0 - 5 free
6 - 11 50% of the total tour costs
12+ are considered adults
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an additional surcharge may apply for your child.
